Family All Size Clothing Swap, Beaverton, June 2nd

Family All Size Clothing Swap! 
Bring your whole family – Everyone’s invited – men, women, teens, kids, babies!
When:   Sunday June 2nd, 7pm
Where: Adapt Training 9923 SW Arctic Drive, Beaverton Oregon 97005.

Men, Women, Teens, and Kids can bring your gently used-in-excellent condition clothes, shoes, and accessories, and go home with new items you can use!  This event is FREE and open to the public. All sizes, ages, and families are welcome.  So that you know what to expect, and so it’s fun for everyone, please read our  Free Swap rules.

By coming to Free Swaps, you agree to the following Free Swap Rules:

1. Only bring clean items in good condition

2. Do not take anything before the swap coordinator says “go”.  

3. Be kind and generous to other swappers and the swap coordinators. Don’t take stuff you will not personally use or give as gifts.

4. You agree that you WILL NOT SELL ANYTHING that you received at any Free Swap(s). 

5. Free Swaps are UNIQUE! If you attend Free Swaps you are agreeing to abide by the Free Swap Mission/goals. If you feel the above rules are unreasonable, do not attend.

What a great way to declutter your closets AND refresh the whole families’ wardrobe all at the same time!

Our swap is FREE, with no admission charge, no strings attached, and all remainders will be given away for free or to organizations that will not sell them but will give them away.  This swap meets every other month (usually on the first Sunday February, April, June, August, October, December)

06/01/19  Women’s and Teens All Size Clothing and Small Household Stuff Swap 6pm at the Rushing Water Yoga Studio in Downtown Camas WA.  Please pre-sort your clothes so they can be separated into piles small, medium, large, plus, and accessories. Also small household items. Takes place the first Saturday of the month September through June (No swaps July and August).  Please RSVP to Dorothy at  clarkcountyclothingswap@gmail.com

06/08/19 Maternity, Baby, and Kids clothing/accessories/toys/books swap, 2-3pm at the PCC Rock Creek Campus, 17705 NW Springville Rd, Portland OR 97229,  Event Center in Building 9. Bring gently-used gear and clothes: maternity and sizes premie up to size 10. There are no limits to how much to bring or take, we just ask that you take only what you need. Please bring something to carry home all of your new-to-you finds! 06/14/19 Variety Show/Talent/Story Swap NE Portland. 7pm show up to hang out, potluck, share beers/drinks and snacks (feel free to bring some to share), and have our vegan coconut curry lentil stew. 8pm the show begins / 9pm intermission hang out / 10pm ish chill after party commences. (There is a small size swap on the 3rd Friday at the same location) Do not take anything until the swap coordinator says GO Be kind and courteous! Do not sell the things you get at the swap. Please bring extra bags. Bring a mirror if you have one! Please also consider volunteering with help bagging up left overs at the end and carrying them to my car. Men, Women, and Kids Clothing Swap, Sherwood OR, May 18th

FREE Family Clothing Swap/Exchange — At Countryside Community Church, 18810 S.W. Kruger Road, Sherwood.

Countryside Community Church will be hosting a FREE Clothing Exchange on Saturday, May 18 @ 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Doors open at 9:45am.

Bring any gently worn clothing items to exchange that you or your loved ones no longer wear – all sizes, all ages. Beginning at 10 a.m. everyone will be released to look through all the clothing (there will be children’s, men’s and women’s categories) and take whatever they would like. Household, Office Supplies, Clothing, and Nonperishable Food Swap, Downtown SW PDX, May 16th

PSU Reuses’ Pop-Up Stuff and Clothing Swap will take place on Thursday May 16th, from 11am to 1pm.

Swappers should navigate to 615 SW Harrison St, Portland, OR 97201; where they will find us on the block of SW Montgomery, between Broadway and 6th streets. You can take the Max Train and/or Bus, too.

This Stuff Swap will be a part of multiple fun events taking place for PSU’s Social Sustainability Month series, and admission is free.

Swappers are invited to bring items, take some, or a little/lot of both! Household goods, office supplies, all size/all gender clothing, and non-perishable food are welcome! We are not able to accommodate furniture, or broken or hazardous materials such as chemicals.

We would love for folks to show up and bring things they’d like to swap or give away:)

May Free Swaps

Hi swappers!  What gorgeous weather we’re having!  Time to clean out your closets and storage of clothing, accessories, shoes and more that just don’t spark joy anymore, and treasure hunt for some new-to-you goodies!  This month we’ve got clothing swaps for small women, medium women, large and plus women.  We’ve got a trans/queer clothing and accessories swap, and a family swap for men/women/kids of all sizes. We’ve even got a pop-up swap sponsored by PSU where you can give and get household, office supplies, clothing, and non-perishable food (a huge stuff swap, guys!!).  Enjoy some decluttering and treasure hunting this month.  And if you don’t see a swap in your interest or area of town, here’s how to start one!  Then tell me about it and I’ll post it free on this site 🙂
