Family Swap, Gresham, January 4th 2014

Celebrate the New Year with a new wardrobe!! Men, Women, Teens and Kids, come to the Family Swap! Winter is here, that long freeze 2 weeks ago is proof of it – time to pull out our warmer clothing. If you are like me you realize that the clothes from last year no longer fit! Or maybe you just don’t like last years clothes? What to do? You bring them to the Gresham Swap and get some new-to-you clothes!! Gather up all your family’s clothes, shoes and accessories that you no longer want or need and swap them for some clothes you do want and need. It’s completely free and best yet you help someone else in your same situation.  You don’t have to be from Gresham to participate – come one, come all!

When:  Saturday January 4th

Where:  We’ll be at 651 SE 197th Ave Gresham, OR 97233
Located in the red building on the west side of the street between Stark and Burnside.
Driving? Please park your car in 197th, as the parking lot is reserved for residents.
Don’t want to drive, that’s great! You can take the Max to Ruby Junction or bus #20 and walk the 1 1/2 blocks to us.

Time: We will swap children’s clothing at 1pm and then swap the adult (men’s and women’s) clothing at 2pm.

All we ask is that you only bring clean, tear-free usable clothing to the swap and agree not to resell the clothing you take home with you. Have your clothes pre-separated by sizes to save time when you arrive. All of our left over clothes, shoes and accessories will be donated to Snow-Cap to be given to families in the community for free! Please invite your friends on Facebook to join us, and RSVP to Amber at gresham.swap@gmail.com so we can help many families get new wardrobes this new year!
